Our Space

HOW CAN COUNSELLING HELP ME?

It is normal from time to time in our life for us to seek support, reassurance and acceptance when faced with change, challenges and uncertainty.

Choosing therapy can feel scary and daunting, however, counselling can provide the space for you to explore and navigate the difficulties which are having a negative impact on your mental health and wellbeing.

Finding the right counsellor is key and Tracey offers a free 15 minute telephone consultation to chat and to see if working together feels like a good fit for you.

Tracey works in a Person-Centred way that recognises and values each person as a unique individual without judgement or prejudice. She offers the time and space within a peaceful, private location for you to explore and reflect on issues that are causing you distress.

A common concern when opening up to friends and family about our feelings is that others may worry, not understand, become upset, angry or be disappointed. Counselling can offer place for you to talk openly and be heard with empathy and compassion within a safe and confidential space without having to manage anyone else's feelings.
